These Clinical Bulletins were developed under the direction of the Division of Standards and Practice (DOSP), Section on Clinical Standards and Documentation of the American College of Nurse-Midwives as an educational aid to members of the College.The Clinical Bulletin is not intended to define a standard of care, to dictate an exclusive course of management, or to substitute for individual professional judgment. It presents recognized methods and techniques of clinical practice that nurse-midwives may consider incorporating into their practices. The needs of an individual patient, or the resources and limitations of an institution or type of practice may appropriately lead to variations in clinical care.
NOTE: Clinical Bulletins are free to ACNM members.

| Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health Home Study |
Order back issues of the Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health to take advantage of these GREAT CEU programs. ACNM is an approved provider of CEUs for CNMs/CMs. The CEUs earned through these CEU issue can be applied to the ACNM Continuing Competency Assessment (CCA) program and/or the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Certificate Maintenance Program (CMP).
ACNM-approved CEUs are accepted for certification maintenance by the National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric, Gynecologic, Neonatal Nursing Specialties, and the California Board of Registered Nursing (CEP #2902).
These CEU programs are designed to meet Board of Nursing continuing education requirements in all states. Participants should check with their respective state authorities to determine acceptance of this program for relicensure.
